We live in a very windy area (in the winter) and had a section of our roof come off this past winter. Keith went out of his way to be at our house and meet with the insurance adjuster to make sure we were getting fair treatment. He then did our repairs in a timely fashion and followed up to make sure all was secure. Excellent, personable service. Great communication.

Keith Jacob has done two roofs for me over the last 2 years: my private residence and a rental property. To say that I was completely satisfied and happy with Keith's work is an understatement. I could not have been more pleased with Keith or those in his company with whom I came in contact.

Here are some things that I especially appreciated:

Keith inspected both roofs, discovered hail damage, and then walked me through the process of contacting my insurance company. He then met the insurance representative on the roof to ensure that the adjuster saw the damage and approved the claim.

In the case of the rental property, Keith even appealed to the adjuster to replace some of the plywood under the shingles that had rotted and that too was approved, saving me an additional substantial amount of money. The adjuster later commented that he was appreciative and impressed with Keith's professionalism.

Before my residence incurred the hail damage, I had never before filed an insurance claim for a roof. The process could have been intimidating, but Keith patiently walked me through the process from beginning to end explaining each step along the way. A process that could have been confusing ended up being peaceful due mostly to Keith's involvement.

The actual roof work was done with excellence. Both houses were done when they were promised and in the timing promised. The workers were professional and there was no clean up left for me after the job was completed.

Lastly, and maybe most importantly, I am grateful to Keith for his honesty and integrity. I have heard horror stories involving roofing companies, but Keith was exactly the opposite and totally earned my respect and appreciation.

Would I use Keith and Integrous Roofing & Restoration again? Without a doubt. Would I refer them to my friends or neighbors? Without question.
